Install Measurement Tracking

Description

Must be installed to use "Update Measurements".
Installs team productivity (earned value) and planned vs. actual expense measurements.
See measuring productivity and expenses for details on how to use this script.
(requires v0.3)

Critique

This is an experiment in how to best handle earned value calculations. The PV and EV to Clipboard script is another.
