Insert Custom Column

Description

Creates a user-defined column type and inserts it in the current report.

How It Works

Creates a new column type and adds the column to the current report. The new column will be in the insert column menu for that report type. All new columns are prefixed with "xx" to prevent conflicts with official columns released by the GanttPV team.
