Install Partial Hour Duration

Description

Allow entry of fractional hours for effort and duration.

How It Works

GanttPV normally only accepts full hours for duration and effort. This script changes those columns to accept fractional hours, too.

Critique

This is officially considered beta because the we haven't reviewed all of GanttPV to make sure that it works correctly with fractional hours. However, informal testing hasn't shown any problems and many users report success with the script.
