Description

Calculates daily planned and earned value.

How to Use

The script calculates the earned value and planned value for each day of the project. The data is placed into the clipboard in a format ready for a spreadsheet program. The format is:
2007-09-26 0 8
2007-09-27 8 0
2007-09-28 8 0
With values separated by tab characters. The values are: date, planned value, earned value.

How It Works

Tasks are scanned and effort is totalled by day. The first and last project dates are identified. A line is written to the clipboard for every day in that range.

Critique

This is an experiment in how to best handle earned value calculations. The Update Measurements script is another.
